More than 60 real estate projects are exhibited starting this Wednesday at the housing fair in Guayaquil

Event will take place at the Palacio de Cristal, in the center of Guayaquil.

Under a mixed modality due to the pandemic, the Biess Guayaquil Housing Fair will open tomorrow, Wednesday.

More than 60 real estate projects proposed by builders and real estate developers will be shown to Biess members and retirees looking to access a home.

The fair will be attended simultaneously in in-person and virtual modalities. Access to the virtual fair will be available at www.biess.fin.ec and www.feriabiess.com.ec. On this platform, applicants will be able to see all the available projects, quote and request information.

In the in-person modality, the event will take place at the Palacio de Cristal, in the center of Guayaquil, under biosafety controls and a capacity. From Wednesday, March 24 to Friday, March 26, the fair will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. While on Saturday, March 27 and Sunday, March 28, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Citizens who plan to attend in person will be able to download their access pass to the fair at the link http://feriabiess.com.ec/pase-de-cortesia-gye-2021/

Attendees will be able to prequalify their mortgage loan or perform a simulation.

This fair is part of the 9 in-person events that Biess has planned this year in some cities.

At the beginning of this year, Biess indicated that they intend to place some 500 million dollars in mortgage loans during 2021.

The entity placed 400 million dollars in mortgages in 2020, so this year the increase would be 25% if the Biess projection is realized.

With the increase in this credit line, Biess tries to encourage the decision to purchase one's own home in a year that is still projected to be economically complex due to the COVID-19 crisis and the electoral period.
