140 airports are awarded for their treatment of passengers

Airports Council International (ACI)awarded 140 airports worldwidewith your new recognition“The Voice of the Customer”(The Voice of the Customer, in English) for their “significant efforts togather opinions from passengersthrough the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program.”

These airports have promoted, over the last three quarters, theunderstanding of what the passenger needs during this covid-19 pandemic, ACI said in a statement.

No airport in Mexico receivedthis new recognition by the Council.

In Latin America, there are five airports that received “The Voice of the Customer”. There is Arturo Merino Benítez, inSantiago de Chile; the International Airport ofCuracao; Liberia International Airport,Costa Rica; Guayaquil International Airport,Ecuadorand Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston,Jamaica.

“The Voice of the Customer recognizes theairports' commitment to continually listening to their passengersand adapt the necessary processes and procedures to meet customer experience expectations in response to the covid-19 crisis,” said Luis Felipe de Oliveira, general director of ACI.
